Default Lease Help!!!!

Good afternoon everyone, I'm new to the forum and leasing, I was wondering if gurus out there could give me some information on if I got a good lease or not, 39 months 12k miles per year Audi S5 SB Prestige with almost all the packages coming to sticker price 67,750, but negotiated the price to 61,500, sales tax is 7% and document fee is 700, with a 10k down, what roughly monthly payment should I be getting? thank you guys very much in advance for the help

And this thread will help you get an idea of what MF is the current base for SB prestige versus what the dealer may be potentially marking up.

I'd caution against making a $10k down payment on a lease, but not here to debate personal finances.

10k down is not a wise idea on a lease.

Completely agree. Buy the thing if you're putting $10m down.

Any amount of money down on a lease is not a good idea. Any particular reason you’re putting money down?

If you are putting money down because you want to and it's not part of the lease terms then I see nothing wrong with that. It lowers your monthly payments and you were going to pay that money anyway.

downside can be loss of use of the money during the term, and, in some states, you won't get any of it back if the vehicle is a total loss.

Since you're spending the same dollars, it's just a matter of when (day 1, vs day 30, 60, 90, etc), and $10k isn't easily forgotten about money, it should be a big consideration.

To the OP - leases are done regionally, so the lease rates in one part of the country don't mirror another all the time.

Where are you located?
