I'm picking my car up shortly and i'm going to make it an issue. They did the 30k service last year (although the car only had 22k). Now they did the 40k service (even though i only have 28k). They want me to pay to have the fluid flush that was supposed to have been done last year and pay for brake flush for the 40k service. I have a 5 year extended service plan for the all the routine maintenance. Another issue I'll make a stink about. After the year I've had, I can't afford another catastrophic bill. This will probably seal the deal on getting rid of the car and downgrading. My dog got sick in late January and finally in April we got a definitive diagnosis which came a month too late. After nearly $20k in vet bills and having to watch my dog die over the course of 6 weeks, I just don't think I can keep this car any longer.

Brake fluid flush is every two years and should be covered by Audi Care under the 20k and 40k services regardless of mileage.

Same thing with my 2019 A5. but at the 40k service. Switched to 034 Motor Mounts. A bit more vibration at idle, but no fluids so no possible chance of leaking.
