Default My new 2019 Nardo Gray RS5 Sportback!

Hi everyone! I've been meaning to post something a bit sooner here but I've been busy being too obsessed over the new car! The lease on my 2018 SQ5 was up and I was so torn between ordering an Audi Exclusive Nardo Gray 2020 SQ5 or a 2020 S5 Sportback also in Nardo Gray. Somehow a swapalease.com ad for a 2019 RS5 Sportback came across my news feed and the rest is history! It's a California car that arrived to me in New York about two weeks ago. All I can say is everything about this car is incredible. I am smitten by how amazing it drives. The modes from comfort to dynamic are so different. It goes from docile to insane! I have some fun mods on order already from a custom carbon fiber steering wheel, to spacers and an AWE Tuning exhaust. Enough talk, here are the pictures. Enjoy!

On its way to me from Los Angeles:

And finally arrived in Long Island!

Congrats! Nardo is the best Audi color.... welcome to the club!

On a side note, how does the X3M compare to the RS5? I have a friend wheeling and dealing for one now, he claims it will smoke my RS5 SB.... I guess time will tell on that, but would be interested in you take?

Assuming they’re talking about the Competition model, it’s got the same amount of torque, 53 more HP, and it’s 600 lbs. heavier. However, it’s about 1/2 a second faster 0-60.

Congratulations on the new car! The RS5 is an amazing car to drive, from docile to insane depending on your input.

Not sure where your getting half second quicker to sixty for the BMW?
RS5 test to 60 in 3.5-3.7sec
X3M 3.3-4.0 depending on publications (kinda a big spread) imo the two are a pretty close match.

Thanks guys! Yup this color is incredible. I've already received so many compliments on it from random people after parking.

Thanks guys! I don't know about "smoking" the RS5. I will say the X3MC feels a bit quicker but maybe that's just because it seems like so much more car moving so damn fast. Also I haven't really had the chance to get on the RS5 yet. I've been in it mostly with my toddler son so I've been taking it easy. They both are super quick though I have to say. Both are a blast to drive and both are so unassuming and lightning fast! Makes my daily decision of which to take so hard every morning!
