MyAudi Connected Multiple Times

I've had my RS5 for nearly five years now. I've linked MyAudi at least three times with me as the key user. Why does it keep deleting me?

Audi of America and their wonderful back-end servers / software would be my guess! I received an email a month ago saying I had been deleted as the key user, with instructions on how to restore my status as key user. When I went to the web site to re-enable my status the web site responded with an “off-line - try again later.” I continue to find AoA & their web site to be Useless!
