It's like sending your buddy into the auto parts store and having him ask the folks behind the counter for "blinker fluid".

Covers have arrived but no install until tomorrow. Currently the wife and I are gathering clothes to (1) donate to a homeless outreach group & (2) to clear out clothes that no longer fit us. In my mind, it’s a win/ win.

The Audi will still be here tomorrow.

My side covers arrived and are installed. With one modification..... Look at DadsRS "before" picture in post #1. To the upper left of the red battery post there are two bolts in the silver sheet metal with a hole between them. My S5 has no such hole. That's where one of the side panel posts pushes in. No matter - two 9/64" holes drilled in place with some paint to seal them. All done. Wife super approved (she's getting lots of press lately).

My S5 Coupe has the the two holes...that's weird. I can't believe Audi provided the holes! Thanks for the heads-up.

These were even easier than the ECU cover — unsnap a couple of tabs, remove the stock covers and install the new covers: no tools required!

Thanks to everyone for the part numbers & suppliers. Note: I did snap the front tabs on the drivers side after I took this picture

Mine arrived today. I had to break off one tab on the cover for it to fit. There's a tab on the inner side that doesn't go into any hole on the car. (edit, after reviewing the S5 from OPs post, looks like the A5 body from doesn't have that hole.)
