Great bokeh, i especially like the in-focus region around the mirror(on the side of the car/window), and the raindros caught mid-air in the other shot.

Thanks. Fuji X-H1 with the XF 35 f/1.4 used on those shots. I've been shooting Fujifilm X-system almost exclusively for a few years now, finally making a full transition to mirrorless when I sold my 5D3 and assortment of L glass in 2016. I was working as a freelance photographer (mostly travel and editorial) for several years, and did a bit of contract retouch/image editing work. I haven't been shooting professionally since repatriating from the UK in 2014-ish due to family commitments. Mostly shoot for hobby now and will return to paid gigs when my daughter gets a little older.

I've seen your personal work as well and it's outstanding. Great travel and lifestyle images.

Nice choice of gear! A good 35 f1.4 lens is a must. I also came from a 5D3 system and just started to sell all of it off. Transitioning to the Sony A7III and all native glass. That's really cool that you did photography for work - could see that you have a good idea for composition and processing in your car photos. What will you do for paid work in the future?

*apologies to everyone else as we geek out over photo gear

Ha - I just took this pick today, not because of the grill, but because I got Llumar PPF on today. (Full hood, and front bumper.)

do you think there is a reason for the asymmetry?
