When you forget you parked the car on the street and you get an unexpected 6" of snow...
Damn — Color me green with jealousy! All we’ve gotten is rain — though it is very lightly snowing here, with temps in the mid-teens, which make a light but slippery snow!

Yeah, I grew up in NE Ohio where we got a lot more snow than we do here in the Columbus area. I hate rain in the winter. If it's going to be cold, cover everything in white so we don't see all the browns and grays....
Will be interested in some before / after beading shots. Using coats on coats over ceramic seem like overkill here, but let's see how it turns out!
I just topped two cars with Bead Maker--one that only had Megiuar's Hybrid Ceramic as a base layer, and one that had CQuartz UK topped with HyrdO2. The beading is noticeably less tight with Bead Maker than either of the base layers (it's not bad, just not crazy like a ceramic). But Bead Maker is far slicker and glossier. Unless beading is your #1 goal I really like Bead Maker as a topper.
FINALLY got a (sort of) snow picture here in South Jersey:
Not much of a snow but it’s enough to at least grab a quick shot. After taking this picture, I went out on some unplowed, snow covered roads just to see how the handling is (first Quattro car) on some snow.
Results:
1) I will be replacing the Pirelli A/S with a set of Nokian Snow Tires next fall!
2) This car is very quick to right itself in a deliberate spin out.

Love the RS style grille. What did you use to paint the bumper support?
