Dude that looks amazing! Know you've been waiting for a long time and glad to see she's finally here.
And so is mine! I love this color in the different light angles. I've been wanting an Audi A5/S5 since 2012 and finally got one!
As a side note what do yall think about getting the extended term premium warranty? The dealer offered 7 yrs/100k miles for 3900 or 7 yrs/120k miles (I drive a lot) for 4200. My main concern are the electronics. Stuff like the virtual cockpit is so new and unproven and I'm afraid if it randomly breaks down in 5 years then I'm screwed and it definitely won't be cheap to replace I'd imagine.
And where do you guys put the jack ? Right now it's just sitting in the back
Congrats!!! Don't know how I missed this post. I passed on the extended warranty. If you plan on keeping the car for more then 4-5 years then I would look at adding it before the manufacturer warranty expires. Not much more money but if you wait after the warranty expires then the price starts to skyrocket.
I just topped two cars with Bead Maker--one that only had Megiuar's Hybrid Ceramic as a base layer, and one that had CQuartz UK topped with HyrdO2. The beading is noticeably less tight with Bead Maker than either of the base layers (it's not bad, just not crazy like a ceramic). But Bead Maker is far slicker and glossier. Unless beading is your #1 goal I really like Bead Maker as a topper.
FINALLY got a (sort of) snow picture here in South Jersey:
Not much of a snow but it’s enough to at least grab a quick shot. After taking this picture, I went out on some unplowed, snow covered roads just to see how the handling is (first Quattro car) on some snow.
Results:
1) I will be replacing the Pirelli A/S with a set of Nokian Snow Tires next fall!
2) This car is very quick to right itself in a deliberate spin out.
Looking real nice. The RS grill is so badass.

I think that's what I might do because I do plan on keeping my car for a minimum of 5 years and hopefully closer to 10.
