I wish I could have / would have ordered the piano black inlays; not a CF fan and I’m not even sure if the PB Inlays were an option. I just went with the aluminum trim.

Yes — Piano Black is a PITA to keep clean but when it’s cleaned it’s a really classy look to me.

I have nothing against the look of piano black when it is pristine, but it is too much of a magnet for fingerprints, and more importantly, light scratches. Long-term, I don't see how it is possible to keep it from becoming riddled with scratches, so I'm happy to go with carbon fiber instead. One thing I really like about the interior of this car is that I have not seen any piano black whatsoever. The region between the shifter and MMI controls could have been piano black, but thankfully Audi chose a textured, matte plastic instead.

I agree regarding piano black. Never liked it, dust magnet and easily scratched. Had my car for a week and it's already scratched. I actually asked the guy who's going to coat my car if he can correct it and add a layer of ceramic. He said he can, just no top coat since that needs a UV light for curing. Hopefully that minimizes any future scratches. I wish the gray oak inlay was an option for Ascari.

Funny because before you mentioned it, I thought these were 19 Cavos just in a matte titanium finish, but there are slight differences between the two.

Agree....and good question. The RS5 upgrade grilles are becoming hard to get. Audi 'cease and desist' letters going out, or so I'm told.

I have that same grille but my Audi rings are Silver. I’d like to get a set of black Audi rings that fit the EMD grille.

Thank You.
