My father-in-law bought it in '72 from the original owner. My wife came home from the hospital in it after she was born. It was handed off to us about 19 years ago.
We'd put some work into it initially, but with two young kids it never got driven much. Two years ago it got another major overhaul, and now I just need to start driving it more often. My mother-in-law expressed some interest in driving it at that time, but after my father-on-law drove it back from it's last repair stint he suggested it wasn't a good idea. It can be a bit of a handful, and the heavy clutch doesn't help. Since they live nearby they can drive it whenever they want though.
Odometer reads around 28k, but we're not 100% certain it's accurate.
Body/interior are original, and while it as a period correct (date stamped) engine, the motor was replaced at some point.
