Personally I think it looks better with the model badge. When I swapped my rings/model badge I considered leaving it off,but it didn't look right to me, I also left the rear quattro badge.
Oddly, my Sportback doesn't have the 2.0T badge, but an A5 coupe I saw yesterday did.

Looks good, but to complete the blacked out look, you should order one of these for your transponder:

My car only had the rings in the center and S5 on the left. For me leaving the S5 off makes the back end perfectly symmetrical.

I had no idea someone makes these, but of course. On an earlier transponder, I just covered it with black Sharpie, which was admittedly crude. Same with a prior effort to cover the entire thing with electrical tape. I think I’ve got some flat black spray paint in the garage and may try that, or failing that, I’ll hit it with some Plastic-Dip.

It actually makes more sense for you. You have the rings in the center plus the model and quattro badges? I'm assuming the model badge is on one side and quattro on the other.

Our local EZPass authority will charge a penalty if you have “defaced” their EZPass when you exchange it. Any kind of markings, writing, painting is considered defacing their property; I have no idea what the penalty is or how serious they take this, but the OP of the Amazon device has a great product find!
