I am also looking at the APR stg 1 for mine. Does anyone runs MTM stg 2 or Abt power ones though? VF engineering also have stg 2. Seems like I am kinda in between APR stg 1 or MTM stg 2 ones

Took a few days only - they needed to send the ECU to APR in Alabama to be unlocked then re-tuned.
The car is significantly faster - accelerates much harder - regret not doing this sooner!

Now I really want it. Did you not care about the warranty? Where do you take it now that you voided the warranty. I never tuned a car before and always kept them stock so I’m pretty new to this.

I purchased the APR Plus so if Audi declines anything under warranty as a result of the installation - APR will foot the bill - there are exceptions - using your vehicle for commercial purposes, racing it, modifications OTHER than APR.

I plan to only use APR and as more stages and items become available will add these.

So no concerns about warranty.

How do you like the tune? I did ABT about a year ago for mine. But its a great machine before the tune, and now even more fun with intake, tune,, and soon exhaust!

Absolutely love it - the car pulls so much harder - torque increase is beyond significant and the HP gains in the mid range are awesome.
Zero regrets - waiting to see what APR has next

I’m actually bringing my 2018 S5 into the dealership tomorrow for a rim repair and I was just told the S5 tune is finally ready. So I’ll be getting the APR Plus setup ASAP. Hoping they can do it sooner rather than later. Can’t wait!

Likely will do Stage 2 once available.
