Wow no warning triangle, I didn't realise in the UK we got something that wasn't included in the US.
What about the place where the jack and stuff is placed in the boot. I hear a lot of US people complain about that. Where do the US cars have that?

It's in a compartment of the floor between the rear seats and the spare tire compartment.
Any photos, because if its in a properly moulded space with slots for everything then I don’t see why people don't like that. It's out of sight too.
For 2019, the jack was not placed in the compartment under the spare tire. Instead, it was placed loose in the hatch and latched to the storage hooks on the floor. It is a very poor kludge of a solution from the factory.
I use my emergency bag that I had when I lived in Germany, which is a legal requirement to have in your vehicle. It contains a warning triangle (Warndreieck), safety vest (Warnweste), and a super-duper highway first aid kit (Pkw-Verbandkasten). It your car is broken down, you are required to set up the triangle 100 meters back (200 meters on the Autobahn) and you are required to wear the safety vest. Additionally, if you come upon an accident, you are required by law to render first aid.
No room in a 2019 for the jack, in that same space:
No room for a jack.
It's maddening, and seeing that photo of a 2020 made me think I'd lost my mind, so I just pulled it out and took that photo. In my 2019, Audi delivered the jack in a canvas bag attached to the tie downs in the rear. Following the lead of others, I wedged my jack in its bag next to the spare, which at least gets it out of the way, but it's a pain to get in there just so.
Jack squeezed in next to the spare tire, lower left in this photo.
