@Kamauxx what is this, I've shown circled in Red in your tool storage compartment?

Is that the tool used to remove the wheel nut cover caps? Because that place is where my locking wheel nut key snaps in.

Yes, I think I stuck it there. I'll verify later today and let you know.

So where is the locking wheel nut key? Kept hidden?

No lug nut key. I don't have locking nuts. Here's another pic with better lighting. The thing you circled is the cap removal tool.

Before anyone goes buying any of these, I would recommend dropping the seats and actually lifting this storage tray and looking underneath to see is anything wider/deeper will actually fit in there. Behind and under the rear seats is a place where a few modules are indeed located. So it could well be something is in the way. For any manufacturer to make two parts for the same location means extra cost, that they won't incur if there isnt a good reason.
I know model years are a bit confusing between US and EU, but I think it had to do with the Google Earth overlay going away for 2018 and older MY vehicles in the US. The fix was the new telematics unit in 2019 MY US vehicles which took up space in the place where the jack was. My 2018 A5 had storage for space for the jack so may have only been 2019 MY (not sure if this was US only or worldwide) and looks they moved it in the facelift, freeing up space for the jack.

I'm not exactly sure what encompasses Audi's telematics suite but my car also has the Audi phone box, so maybe the part(s) you're talking about were moved under the phone box?

Interesting - in my '19 A5 Sportback - Prestige - the jack is tucked next to the spare. Now I want to remove the tray and see what's under the area where the jack should go (with the other version of the tray). If there's space I think I'm off to Cars245.com too,

One note - I checked first of two part numbers provided for the tray (at audipartsstore.com) and that site said it fit my car <shrug>

I think 8W8863373C is what the US 2019 cars have
because it looks like

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223957822395780225

I still think you need 8W8863373 to make it look like

The 19 MY US cars also have the phonebox so I don't think thats where they moved the telematics unit, cuz otherwise they would have done it in 2019 itself. Some of the early build 2019 RS5 SBs did not come with the upgraded telematics unit that would enable nav satellite overlay post 2020 and on those cars I *believe* there is a dedicated jack spot next to rest of the tools.
