Yes, mine does.

Yes my 2018 S5 has nav and the big tray with jack. Am I correct that all 2018’s got the big tray? I don’t think the nav changed from 2018 to 2019. It would have to be another change. The LTE unit in the pic Seems to be the answer.

As i mentioned before there was a change implemented on 2019 MY cars to address the fact that 2018 and older models would lose support for the google earth overlay post 2020. The new hardware needed to make this fix is what is taking up the space (I am not sure exactly what that hardware is) in the 2019s. So all 2018s should have the bigger tray. Its not related to the sport differential because my buddy with the early build 2019 RS5 has the larger tray along with sport differential. What he doesnt have is the audi phonebox and probably the fix hardware required to support satellite image overlay for the nav post 2020.

My Google Earth is already gone and my AudiConnect+ runs out in December, 2020, so not sure what happened but I have to wonder if it was in the last map update done OTA a month or so ago.

Oh wow, so you have already lost your satellite/earth view overlay on your native Nav despite having an active AC subscription? That's a good 3 months before the previously announced sunset date.

Well yes and no. It didn't change in terms of the physical screen or UI, but 2018 and older MY nav systems were supposed to stop supporting satellite/earth overlay view at the end of 2020 (I don't know if they extended this timeline or what, I guess we will find out soon enough). 2019 MY cars supposedly have the hardware fix, which is what I believe is taking up the space where the jack would have been stored.

In post # 65, mine has the newer phone box, build July 2019. It also has the small tray.

This is the Telematics gateway CONTROL MODULE INTERFACE unit with eCall
which has part number 8W8907468F.

The other Telematics gateway CONTROL MODULE INTERFACE unit without eCall
which has part number 4M1907468E

I’m hoping some members who still have there AudiConnect Plus can check their cars, but Audi sure screwed the pooch on this one. I realize Google made the SW change, but . . .
