I'm wondering what other people think about having a tango red S5 with magma red leather. Would this just be too much red? I pretty set on having a red exterior and don't really think I want black leather so I'm left with magma red or rotor grey.

Despite what the online configurator tells you, the tango red / magma red combo is not available in standard configuration (I assume if you pay Audi enough money they will - i.e. Audi exclusive). Refer to the actual order guide.

It's a personal choice, but in my opinion it's too much red.

I thought about it too (misano red and red interior), but decided to go black. Too much red. I also changed my mind on the carbon fiber inlays and went for the aluminium one. Would have been a super dark interior with carbon atlas. The aluminium gives it some light.

All that matters is whether you like it... well until you go to sell it...

The black would look nice inside. More detail in the black then either the magma or rotor have...

I ordered the magma red interior with my Ibis white S5. In all of the cars with red I've seen so far, I have not regretted that decision.

I don't typically prefer all black interiors, but the white diamond stitching in the S5 I saw the other day made it much better in my mind. If I had seen it before I ordered, it would have made my decision harder.

That said.... red interior and exterior would be too much for me.

You will not be allowed to place an order for a red exterior with red interior. This is restricted.

And trust me, you would tire of it quickly, and you would find it virtually impossible to resell.
