Just discovered some vibration rattle coming from the center console area. It seems coming from area where the cup holders are. I remember reading a short review on s5 coupe who also has rattles. Anyone successfully remedy this?
I think there maybe one from the passenger speaker grill as well but not so sure about that one yet.

I believe I’m experiencing the same. Not sure if I’d call it a rattle but it’s a very slight vibration related sound. Does bother me when I’m trying to enjoy the exhaust note on the S5! I haven’t spent any time trying to narrow down what is causing it.

I have developed 2 rattles, one in each of the door panels. My dealer was able to insulate the inside of the panels and the speaker grills and they have gotten a lot better. I hear them now only once in a while, where before it was constant and could be heard over the radio. My dealer was awesome in getting it handled and me back on the road all in the same day.

To me, it sounds like it's coming from the passenger door. However, to my wife when she sits on the passenger seat, she thinks it's coming from the center console. I'm still trying to pin point out.

I believe I have discovered one of my rattles.
It seems like the passenger window needs a little adjustment. On bumpy roads, I get lots of shifting/rattle that goes away as soon as I open the passenger window a bit. It sounds like it is coming from between the sunroof and passenger door.
I plan to have the dealer investigate in a few weeks at my first scheduled service appointment.

A5 SB. Just developed a ratlle that's coming from the headliner just behind the sunroof, left of center. If I give it a good tap with palm of my hand, I hear what sounds like a loose wire. Pretty annoying on rough roads. Off to the dealer in the next couple of days.

I have experienced vibration noise I thought it was from the front passenger seat, because when my wife sat in it there is no more noise. I eventually found out it was the safety belt buckle that is rubbing against seat, and also the safety belt insert hanging from the pillar is rubbing against the side plastic trim on the passenger seat. My dealer put a soft pad on the buckle, and adjusted the belt, there is no more noise.
