What thickness spacers should I run for A5 19" S-line wheels?

This is a pretty naive point of view. The car's wheels are set in so far from the factory because of asinine DOT and European transportation rules. The european rule is that the car has to have clearance for snow chains, the US that the tires cant poke beyond the fender (see doug demuro's RS3 video)
Either way, the car comes with very inset wheels from the factory, and spacers objectively improve the look of the car which is why you see many many people on every generation of Audi using spacers/custom wheel fitments to push the face of the wheel out to the proper position. None of us are running snow chains on our wheels![Wink](https://www.audiworld.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
That said, I do not know the spacer specs for the A5 Sline, but on my S5 I moved to 19x9.5 et 35 and I still need a 10-15mm spacer in the rear to get the wheels in the right spot, 5-10 in the front. Going to measure soon and place an order.

Feel free to do your own research on the pros and cons of spaces for your specific situation, I think 20 mm should be adequate for the 19" wheels. Strong recommendation is to get quality hubcentric spacers, the following from 034 Motorsports seem pretty decent:

Ended up going 12mm/15mm. That should end up pushing both wheels in around 0.2" from ArvX147's setup. I don't want it to be that aggressive since I'm not doing aggressive wheels.
