Just got my S5 windshield replaced today. Had it done at the Audi dealer although it is actually contracted out to a windshield replacement company that is familiar with and does all the Audi windshields for the dealer.
Like others posted the windshield had to be ordered and took approximately 5 days for my dealer to get. After install the cameras have to be calibrated and the HUD is checked and aligned if necessary.

As a note: I didn't need to have my camera calibrated since I don't have the Drivers assistance package.

that's as bad as the near vertical windshield on my Toy FJ.

After 2 replacements, I just gave up and left it alone.
