Hello guys,

I'm trying to update my car's maps (current map version is from 2019), but when I go to engineering menu and click update, I only get error saying

The car is Audi A7 2019.
The version of my MMI is MH2P_ER_AUG_35_P2711 and I've tried both downloading official Audi update from myaudi.com and unofficial from https://mib-helper.com/index.php?tra...R_AUG_35_P2711.
The SD card I'm using is formatted as FAT32 and the root folder does not contain any hidden files (I've read that it might be an issue so I've made sure nothing apart from Data and Meta folders is there.

Does anyone have any experience with updating the maps in the latest Audis? I don't know what else to try
