Default "Mohegan lake motors" how's their service?

Thanks for all the reply from everyone.
I think the next question will be "Does any one have anything good or bad to say about Mohegan lake motors in NY ?" How is their service? Can I trust an Audi Assured from them?

By the way on one of the fender above Left rear tire is slightly discolored from other 3 fender, has any one seen this before? I am trying to get the dealer to repaint or replace the part but is not going too good. What should do?

Default Re: "Mohegan lake motors" how's their service, don't know yet, but

just got on 04 from them worked with Howard Burman who seems to be honest and hard working as the day is long. I live about an hour + away so Howard will pick up my car from his home and give me his A4 loaner when mine needs to go into the shop. Everything that I asked for on delivery was done no questions asked.

Default RE: Paint Missmatch...

It could be just a repaint.. it could be from an accident.. I would investigate it's origins further... Good Luck

Keep in mind.. some dealers (not all) have been known to "Paper Proof" a car to give it the Audi Assured warranty, this way you discover the problems and they get paid for the repair from Audi... Due Dilligence!! :-)

That's not right man.
Well as far for the discolor, it didn't seem like a repaint problem is more like the color on the fender fade to a yellow gray. Is very strange.

The dealer don't know why, The only thing i can think of it'll be the last owner replace the fender from another AR, for some strange reason.

Default Howard Burman is awesome!

I've yet to be introduced to their service department, but I agree that Howard is great. Has anyone else noticed that he seems to know EVERYTHING about Audi? What he doesn't know, he seems to find out...
