Is $25,500 a fair price for a 2004 with 42,000 miles?

It's certified through a dealer and in excellent condition including the comfort package. The price is smack in line with the Kelly BB price but I don't know how realistic that is. The warranty is good for another 2 1/2 years (miles are not an issue).
Thanks guys.

Seems about right for a CPO car based on all of my looking recently. Just paid $28500 for an 05' with 18k for comparison purposes.

Although thats about right. Just for reference, I got my 2004 with 34,000 miles for 26,000, and it had 8 mos. left on the original warranty, plus two more years with the CPO. That was back in October.

you will get how much for your ar? $8000.00? Now look at the dife between this purchase and the net cost..perhaps $12,000.00?
I don't think your old ar will ever use 12,000.00 in parts/labor in the next few years.
