Default @@#$&*(^%. Another susp air bag sagging! Front Right this time. Brring, brringgg..Arnott?

My Rear left went out at 40kmiles, then Front left went out at 50.4kmiles, now Front right at 60.3kmiles.

Gotta a labor quote from dealership to install Arnott's on the front: $770, so around $1400 for P&L since the Arnott's are $300 each+shipping.
Passes the blink test, but I'd really like to save the $ and do it myself. Plus I hate replacing the other front since it only has 10kmiles on it.

I replaced front springs/shocks on my S4 a few years ago. Any major differences or install risks?

Default Indy should charge $150 to 200 for labor per corner. $770 is waay too high.

I went to a premium indy and he charged me $200. The airspring can be removed without removing the pinch bolt. Search function will bring it up. It's not brain surgery.

Shouldn't they be replaced in pairs? Dealer did both fronts (CPO) when only one sagged.

Default I've replace one at a time for OEM...

knowing the arnotts are somewhat different, I'd go in pairs.

FYI.. labor is a max of 2 hours per side, do the math.

Default I feel your pain. My '01 ar required five replacements...

...and my '04 ar is about to get a new bag.

I was pricing an '08 A6 Avant and the salesman said that few people opt for this suspension which costs more and is less reliable.

2nd. If the pinch bolt does not give you troubles, fairly easy DIY

It is not necessary to remove the pinch bolt!

Default They don't have to be replaced in pairs. Shocks, yes. Springs okay to do one only

There's a manual somewhere that my indy found that advised replacing in pairs.

I see no affect after replacing one.
