17" 5-Spoke Chrome A6 wheels on an allroad?

Tomorrow I am getting rid of my 2001 4.2 A6 and 350Z for a M3 and I currently have 19" SSR's on the A6. I still have the original wheels with snow tires mounted that have been through one winter. Our allroad's Goodyears are almost bald at 14k miles and I was hoping my original A6 wheels could be used on our allroad for winter. (yes I know the wheels would porbably look out of place, but hey, they're free)
Is there any reason as to why the A6 wheels won't fit on the allroad, and if they do fit is there any difference in the offset? Thanks in advance!

they told me the wheels were incompatible. I suspect there is a significant difference in offset. None of the Audi optional wheels for the A6 4.2 are listed as fitting the ar. Our car is too unique! Glad your keepeing the ar...

Both are hubcentric.
