Default 2001 A6 cluster swap
Has anyone has change his instrument cluster in a 2001 A6 2.8 without the vag_com , what can I expect, have fading lines in my cluster

Default You can expect it not to work...
You need to code the cluster plus the immobilizer needs to coded for the new cluster IIRC.
