Default Oh man, I've been wanting one of those, and I live in Herndon

But, still 11 months left on my lease, so I just can't do it. I hope something like this comes up next year, because I'll bite for sure.

Default Current deals. . .

With 11 months on your lease, you are probably not too far off the mark from ordering a new one from the dealer. You should be able to "walk" from your lease in 6 months. Therefore, you should order your new allroad, if the 4.2 is what you want in 2 months. Make sure it is ordered from Germany not just located -- you will be able to have some sort of Audi loyalty deal, 99% certain.

If you are worried about anything, wait 5 months, then order it.

I can't wait for SLLA642's initial report!

Default Sorry, should have been more clear, I was talking about his A6 4.2 that's now for sale

But still good points. I'm giong to start thinking about what I want next in 5 months or so. Probably go with an A4 1.8T six speed ultra sport. Or, look around for a good used A6 4.2 6 speed with sport package.

I've probably seen SLLA642 driving around!

Default Only tip in the A6 4.2 -- if you go that route, look for 02 or 03 model. . .

. . .the A6 4.2 01 is infamous for its brake rotor problems.
