yes they are although prices arent out yet. I just got off the phone with the dealer and there was no way of getting close to an invoice price. MSRP or MSRP-$500 at best is what he told me.
I can wait. No way am I paying close to MSRP.
Is the dealer full of it and should I wait?

Yes they are. I just ordered my allroad last week and put down a deposit. I was told by my dealer's sale manager that it would be unwise of Audi to charge much more than they do for the 2012 avant. He also told me that he estimated that leasing would probably start just below 600/month. I'm hoping he wasn't completely full of it.

Dealers in general are full of it, but for a car that isn't even here yet which they are taking deposits on... well, it makes sense to me that they would not be discounting it very much.
If you can wait, I'd wait until some actually show up and sit on their lots. If they sit for long enough, then you'll start seeing discounts.
