Yeah definitely go and check for different sized ones. Keep in mind that most of them will have a weight limit, so ones with a lower weight limit will often be smaller. I agree with the babies R us idea, drive out there if you can and see what you can do.

We're looking to buy either an A4 or A6 and are wondering whether 3 car seats will fit in the back - likely 2 front facing and a rear facing. Although the rear seats appear to be the same width (130cm)the centre seat appears to be 5cm wider on the A6 which seems likely to fit a third car seat.

Any ideas anyone?
