allroad2001 lowered it for me, with 15/18 setting and I noticed the difference on the track. It took just a little bit more of the roll out. (Since I don't have H-sports.)

I lower 12R/15F in the summer. ride gets more "bouncy" at the lower level which is the downside of the 402. but I feel the better look and better handling are worth that tradeoff. the best thing about the 402 is that it takes less than 10 minutes , is free if you have a vag-com or use of one, and is completely reversable.
I'd say try it, and see if you like it. If you do, leave it, and if not, then put it back.

He lowered the front 15 and rear 12, maybe just my imagination but I think it actually rides smoother in level 1. My car used to pull ever so slightly to the left and I had a tiny amount of feedback in the wheel. The mod seemed to fix both items. Before doing the mod, he measured each wheel's distance from the body and noticed that my right rear was a 1cm higher than the 3 other wheels. When he did the mod for me, he accounted for this and got them within 1/8 inch of each other which may explain the smoother ride. Who knows? I don't have pics yet.

Height difference from one side to the other (just in the front : 5mm). How does it affect handling?
