rear end 'axle hop' over freeway expansion joints. I think this is because on the street we rarely hit bumps square with both wheels, so the roll bars do add stiffness.
The H-Sports are the one single mod you absolutely must do.
Also, I'm very anti-402. You lower the car, you just get more float.
I agree with your cognitive dissonance - I didn't feel the need to pull the relay until a while after I did the H-Sports.
