The 605/628 delete caused me cognitive dissonance. The steering effort just didn't feel right with
the floatiness of the suspension while I was driving. Maybe if you have coilovers, the 605/628 delete would feel right.

I thought the same thing, but my H-Sports greatly reduced float-y-ness and the...
rear end 'axle hop' over freeway expansion joints. I think this is because on the street we rarely hit bumps square with both wheels, so the roll bars do add stiffness.
The H-Sports are the one single mod you absolutely must do.
Also, I'm very anti-402. You lower the car, you just get more float.
I agree with your cognitive dissonance - I didn't feel the need to pull the relay until a while after I did the H-Sports.
