Ok, so I've only had my car 1 day and I've made a mod already. Yikes.

I must admit, that this mod is WONDERFUL. I didn't like the steering either. Coming from a fun to drive VW GTI, I felt like I was driving a Cadillac at first... felt kinda nervous driving a bigger car and didn't have a lot of confidence. But by pulling out the 605 relay, it's a lot better "feeling". Thanks to those that figured this out. The idea for adding a switch to it seems pretty cool... if I don't get used to the "harder" steering, I'll probably add it to make parallel parking easier... not to mention my wife would probably like it when she goes shopping too.

It is much better w/o the relay. BTW, my wife likes it better now, too.
