Default 6MT fluid: Motul 300 or Redline MT-90?

This is a can'o worms that has been hashed out on the S4 site, just thout I'd see if there was a DIFFERENT consensus here. Not considering the Redline MTL because it has a lower viscosity that OEM, both Motul 300 and RL MT-90 are 75W-90.

Arguement usually comes down to GL4 or GL5 requirements, and since the AR 6MT requires GL4 (apparently GL5 has additives that are not kind to brass or "yellow" synchro mat'l?), the Redline is flat-out compatable (API rated GL4), but I can't find the API for the Motul, even though MANY swear by it.

Opinions? Facts? Shifter "feel" anecdotes?

I have tried various kinds and found OEM to work the best, second choice would be Motul

How about Amsoil GL-4 lube.

GL-5's are supposed to be safe now and have a additive that protects the yellow metals. Even so I would still run a GL-4 rated oil.
