Default A5 wheels on an allroad?

Anyone know if A5 wheels (18") would work on a 2004 allroad?

The centerhub diameters differ: A5 is bigger at 66.1mm , while an allroad is at 57.1mm.

Someone prolly machines an adaptor though, or could machine one if you must make them fit correctly. What is the offset on the rim? Should be less than 30mm to fit without a spacer....stock USA rim is at 25mm.
