It's not slammed, so hopefully my wife can drive it home 30 miles ok.

Default No it is a little yellow light above the man above the up/down arrows mine

locked itself once.

Ah, it was like that when I first got it. That's defintely not our problem.

Default Here's how the manual says it should behave, and it's how my '01 behaves.

Default Pretty much except it'll go from level 3 to level 2 above 40mph, not 50.

But I'm 100% certain this isn't normal operation as the suspension warning light is on.

Shoot...not again...start off the easy way; VAG it and unplug the module over night......

Default Here's what the VAG-COM says:

01399 - Relay for Level control compressor (J403)
28-10 - Short to plus - Intermittent.

My wife says it also made a strange clicking noise which further supports that I have a bad relay. So tomorrow I will just pop open the relay panel and see if I can find the bad one.

Default I sure hope you got the bentley on hand to locate this sucker, and better the relay than the

darn expensive control module - Good Luck tomorrow!! You truly need a break from this ****....pardon my language...
