Default Air spring time.. Gen I or II

Driver side air spring is losing all its air over night, Arnott recommends replacing springs in pairs. Question is Gen I or II?

Gen I if you just want a stock type replacement. Gen II if you want a "sportier" feel. You usually should replace the shocks if you go with Gen II's.

Gen II will provide a stiffer ride. I went with Gen 1 which I feel are already somewhat a more harsher ride than the OEM that came with the car.

Correction: The Arnott Gen I was the original air spring. the Gen II, which has been available for some time are a later version; the air bladder sleeves have a different design. The "Performance" series is the one with the stiffer handling and ride.
