I have a very small leak in my front passenger air bladder...is an urgent replacement of this part necessary or can i drive it for a while before replaceing....aslo should i replace both front bags together even though the drivers side bag is fine...has any on replaced their air bladder with a standard spring shock?

The leak causes the pump to work OT, so if you don't replace the bag you will shorten the pump's life (and it costs a few hundred $$). Consensus is that they don't need to be replaced in pairs, one side is fine.
For the "spring shock" question, search more using the word "coilover".

And do both sides at once. I didn't fix mine in time, and did what you are suggesting, then I had to buy a new compressor (from arnott also) as well.
