Air Suspension Problem - HELP!

In my own case, I have original bags on my '01 allroad with 185,000 km on the clock. I'm starting to get the dreaded overnight lowering (LF). I've done the whole soap bubble inspection at level 4 (high pressure) and I'm pretty sure the bags aren't leaking. (too bad, I'd like to buy Arnott series II with Bilsteins) I'm definitely going to look at the valve & compressor next. I rarely hear the compressor running, but my battery is low in the morning, so this seems to indicate that something is running.

The main location that they perish and leak is where the rubber is folded over at the bottom of the spring. Normal driving level is '2' and by putting the suspension into level 4, means that the rubber bladder is now folded in a different location so may not leak at all.
It's also very unlikely that your compressor would be causing your battery to run down overnight, not supposed to work that way at all...
