thanks for the replies, parts are on order, and won't be in till next week. Spoke the the owner, and told me everything will be addressed, I'm extremely confident they'll take care of it and make it right! I have purchased my last three vehicles from him, and they really are top notch, I initially got some vagueness replies from the service manager that is why I inquired here, thanks for all your inputs.
