Default Allroad crash test

Does anyone know if the allroad would have crash test results similar to the A6 Avant, or is the body construction different/stronger?

Default It should be stronger

the floor pan is 20% thicker and there are extra welds throughout which make the vehicle stiffer.

Default stronger construction doesn't necessary lead to better results

In fact sometimes to worse results. See myriad SUVs.

I'd expect the results to be about the same. Of course, I am a pessimist.

Default The big SUVs damage those around them not their passengers

Internally the allroad should provide at least as much protection as the A6. Whether the stronger floor pan results in an inability to absorb impact remains to be seen but I've seen some pretty twisted up cars in front of pretty clean looking Suburbans after accidents. ( this may be a testiment to how bad the brakes are on Suburbans)I have read postings on the A6 forum about body flex and sqeaky sunroofs. I postulate that the ribbed roof in the allroad also contributes to its overall strength.
