Check engine light flashes.
Car idles like crap then when you get above 35 mph it runs like nothing is the matter but under 35 mph or low RPMS it stutters makes little boost.
If you just accelerate you can almost not tell there is a problem but is under slow acceleration you notice the vibration from the engine.
I replace all my spark plugs on Saturday and it is still misfiring.
Could it be the coil packs?
I read somewhere on here that someone had a similar problem and it was the timing belt had jumped a tooth and caused the car to run like crap at low RPMS. I have not changed my timing belt yet but the car is at 77,000. Any help would awesome. I just want to have a idea of what wrong so i can figure out if i can fix it my self or take it somewhere.
I did search and posted this is the diagnostics forum with no response. Please help.

Unplug the MAF and see if the symptoms go away - if so then your MAF might be shot as well....

Default first make sure...

that cyl 3 and 6 are pushed in 100% and the plug is connected 100%.

The first step in diagnosing is to follow the obviouse and look at what you already worked on.

If it was fine before you worked, then something you touched is usually the cause.

If everythgin is connect right, then swap coil pack three with coil pack one and clear the codes.

See how it runs and rescan.

Since it is the rear two cylinders it could be a spider hose leak. These cyls would be affected 1st.

Default Also depends which spark plugs you put in. I had major misfires when I...

installed Bosch Platin plugs. Stock plugs is best.

With 77k, it's also likely coil packs. Carson at riverside (cheter@riversideaudi.com) has coil packs for $24/each. I bought a bunch and I keep 2 in the trunk, just in case.

Default I did install just stock plugs and the car was doing this before i installed the plugs that is the

reason that i swapped them out. I also tired to disconnect the Maf and the car just ran worse. I was going to order a couple of coilpacks and try that but i wanted to make sure it wasnt something else first.

Since i was having the problem before i installed the plugs would i need to clear the codes after i installed the plugs for it to run correct again or if i solved the problem would just correct it self?

Thanks everyone for all the advice so far. This car can be such a pain in the *** sometimes.

Default If it was the plugs that was giving you the problem before... replacing the..

plugs should have showed immediate improvement regardless if you reset the codes.

Default Do you have vag-com? I'd reset them and see what comes back. Try swapping coil packs

from say cyl 5 to cyl 6 and see if it follows the coil pack or stays there.

The repeat for the other side swap cyl 2 and cyl 3 coil packs.

You can monitor mis fires in channels 15 and 16 under ECU and then measuring blocks.
