Default allroad overheating

just got my car back from the garage after 3 weeks, complete timing belt job-waterpump,thermostat,hydraulic tensioner, serpentine belt and green temp sensor. made it about 3 miles before the temp shot up.Went out this morning and i bled the coolant. Started the car and is still running hot. Any ideas?

Call the garage that did the work and have them send the flatbed to pick it up and rectify their problem?

Default running hot

3 weeks to do the timing belt job???
we usually turn it around the same day
hope the reason took so long is because they were too busy with other cars and not because they don't know how to perform a timing belt job and something was not done properly
it could be anything, obviously is not air in the system, thermostat, timing belt loose and not spinning the pump (sounds impossible to you???) I seen shops not replacing the dampener or installing the lever arm wrong preventing the belt been tight, also seem a shop rag inside a radiator hose blocking the coolant flow,
hope they can sort this out painlessly
good luck

I'm bringing it back today. My brother came over and showed me that the mechanic never changed the temp sensor. Also the front right fog light is unplugged and the airbag light is on.This guy came highly recommended by my father in law,big mistake.A VW/Audi garage in Albany would have done the job for the same price with a 2 day turn around.......If I could turn back time! Thanks guys.
