deposit before they would even talk to me when I went to buy my first allroad. Needless to say I bought it at what is now Audi of Willow Grove. When I went to buy my second allroad, I tried to get a price, but the saleman wouldn't quote me a price, unless I came down. I did and spent an hour wandering around, looking for him, and no one else would help me,I went home and called, and was told he had left for vacation, wouldn't be back for a week and no one else would handle the deal, it was "his". So I bought the second one at Audi of WG. When was looking for my last Eggplant as Skid likes to call it, I wanted a six speed, Holberts told me none made, won't order it. So I tried Audi of WG, they would order it, require a deposit and wont be in for six months and it'll be 48K. Uh huh, so I called Don Rosen, Rachel there found 3 Burgundy's in one day, 1 with a six speed, she said they can have it in 3 days, 42K. Hmmmm. So now to finish the Holbert story, had a VW radio I needed the code for, called Holberts, we can't help unless you bring it down, OK 40 minute travel time, Uh now we need the car and it'll be 45 bucks. No thanks. Call Audi WG, they give me the code over the phone. Last shot, take my car to Holberts for recall you know the dash felt, because I was in the area, Can you do it while I wait, NO, can I get a loaner till it's done, NO, you didn't buy it here, I then tracked down the GM and regaled him of my Holberts experiences, and told him in no uncertain terms that, one, not only would I never, purchase ANYTHING from them, ever, but I would make sure to pass along my experiences with them, to anybody who asked. I'm a man of my word.

When purchasing my allroad years ago they qouted me an "asking price" over the phone same as posted on the used car adverts, and stated if I came down they could work with me. I made it clear I was on Cape Cod and the ride better be worth 14 hours of my time round trip. They had exactly want I wanted used low mileage 6 speed in silver with all options but solar sunroof and parktronic and would "take care of me".... Soooo after driving 7 hours from Cape Cod to PA not only was I treated like **** they then went on to explain I would have to pay OVER the asking price for CPO.
