Another question about the air suspension control module...

Hi Sejfyr,
yes the graphs I made were done with a little fiddling in Excel.
I don't know what the pressure in the tank means - mine does the same high/low but I can't figure out when it falls/rises.
Your on-screen plots are a little busy. I think it will be easier to see whats going on if you log 20-30 min of driving and adjust the axis to compress the occillation a little.
Do you know what the 4 numbers with "no unit" are? There is one for each corner, but what are they?
I don't think it is significant (for the pump issue at least) that the 4 corners have different height value. The car should be level as measured by the distance from the wheel to the chassis, but that might turn into different number values in the on board computer.
My pump wen't on too often as well and got hot (especially when I started the car and the was rising while not driving - hot, hot...). The pressure has to be going somewhere if the pump goes on all the time. My money is on a leak in one or more of the airsprings and I think it will show if you log more data and scale the graph a little.
How old is the car and have airsprings been changed before?
Hope you find the culprit.
Good luck,
Mikkel

Sorry for the big picture above; realize it shifts the whole thing, but can't edit it now.
Have also found out how to make it in Excell now by logging to csv file and then arrange it. Will do a log to work now and post.
But I also found an error code this morning:
Friday,10,April,2009,08:16:00:50020
VCDS Version: Release 805.3
Address 34: Level Control
Control Module Part Number: 4Z7 907 553 B
Component and/or Version: - 2C1A1 X031
Software Coding: 25500
Work Shop Code: WSC 09999
1 Fault Found:
01772 - Signal from Level Control Pressure Sensor (G291)
27-10 - Implausible Signal - Intermittent
What and where is the level control sensor? Is that the valve distributor next to the pump?
