Default Another suspension post-Fault Code 65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error

My left front air spring dropped all the way down to the fender yesterday and again overnight. It does come back up to level on startup. Ran a scan and got this fault code:

Address 15: Airbags Labels: None
Part No: 4Z7 959 655 C
Component: Airbag Front+Kopf 1002
Coding: 00407
Shop #: WSC 02335

1 Fault Found:
65535 - Internal Control Module Memory Error
00-00 - -

Searched the forums and I have tried to reset module by locking suspension as Paulroad had suggested on another post, but after I did so and rescanned it I got same code and could not clear the code. Seems to be staying level for the past 3 hours and no lights on dash... but still have code.

Thanks for any feedback before I visit indy.

Default that's a leak...

the system is thinking the modul is bad because it won't stay at level.

Default Well, at least an air bag is cheaper than a contol module!

Seems to be allot of air bag failures lately. Thanks Paul.

Default I don't think so, internal memeory module error, if it won't clear is almost certainly the module.

It's proabably the only difinitive diagnostic lead for the module. Try this. Take the rear trim panels out. Disconect the module for at least and hour. Plug it back in, check the coding and recode as necassery, and see if the Error code returns. if it does, module is spent. I have to find the module coding number, unless someone else has it handy.

Default Gosh, it's bad enough when the parts on this car get killed, but now they're killing themselves:(

Good luck and I feel your pain.
