Any tips on how the front and rear door arm rests can be removed?

Default Any tips on how the front and rear door arm rests can be removed?

I don't see any screws... does this mean I have to remove the entire door panel?

Absolutely remove the door panels, takes 5 min each.

Are the panels secured by just screws or screws and clips?
