Default Anyone enact the Lemon law with Audi?

A problem has been acknowlegded by Audi service, but they can't seem to find anything to fix. I comply with NYS lemon law a few times over and have given Audi almost nine months to fix the problem. I've been told by my service mgr. that there's nothing more they can do. The area rep has been notified, and i'm waiting for a reply. I've started a case with Audi CS, so they're aware of the problem

What to do now?

-Apply for arbitration
-Have my lawyer write a demand letter

Anyone have a 'demand letter', and what is it's purpose?

Any help here would be very cool. I am convinced i have Audi dead to right. i just want to know my options.

Thanks,

Jeff

Default Call AoA.. after Sale Department... every day..

Call BBB of NY to open a LL file.. It should clear up in a week or so.. The more you call and stay on top the better you will be.. Good Luck

As stated above, call BBB or use their online form, thats what I did. Also, ask to speak only to the manager or supervisor in customer relations. I got a response within 2 days of entering the BBB claim.

Be very persistent!

Question.

If my AoA rep comes back to me and offersd me another ar, does that mean he's also offering me the cash buy out too? Aren't there two options, not just the car?

Must you go through arbitration first?

Default I didn't, Just did my BBB paperwork

I didn't get to arbitration, Just did my BBB paperwork and follow up calls and heard from Audi within a few days. The key is persistance, as I said before. I believe that Audi is hoping that most don't bother to go through the hassle, but I have to say, the BBB process is not much of a hassle and pretty quick.

Make sure you have all your work orders and it should be a pretty easy process.
Good luck!
