Default Anyone here get not-as-good service when taking their car to a different dealership for service?

I bought my ar at an Audi dealership near where I live but I have it serviced at a dealership near where I work. The dealership that does my repairs is loathe to give me a loaner and I'm at the back of the queue in terms of having the repairs done on time. What are your experiences? All dealers are supposed to give you equal equal.

All dealer service is different; good, bad, ugly. None have 'enuf' loaners. I'm using 2 dealers now.

Default Same situation, different result.

Report from the Nor Cal area. I bought my car at Rector in Burlingame, and based on what I saw and heard at the recent tech day event there, I believe they run an excellent service department. However, Anderson-Behel Audi in San Jose is much closer to my work, so I get my service done there.

I don't know about the queue on work times at A-B, but I don't believe that I've ever been bumped for buying a car at a different dealership; in fact, most of my work has been completed by the end of the day. Moreover, with one very minor exception, I have always received great service from all the service reps. (George Demar in particular is a pleasure to work with.) Loaners have never been a problem for warranty work, although they are not Audis but covered rentals from the onsite Enterprise outfit.

Hope that helps!

Default Contact Audi!

I get a call from Audi everytime I take my car in for any type of service. They ask me to evauluate the dealer. The last time I gave them a (0) out of 5, so when I took it in last week they were very professional and once again a (5).
Let Audi know the quality of service you are receiving.

My dealer offers loaners only if you bought the car there.

Default I was so relieved when I hit 50K miles that I didn't have to deal with dealers

Why not find a trustworthy independant?
