Anyone identify a sound? Gurgling sound coming from drivers side rear wheel area

Almost sound like a light version of driving over a rumple strip.

Any ideas? Brakes are fine (dealer already replaced rear rotor and pads and wheel bearing seems fine).

Sound is intermittent.

is this normal? i notice that my ar also has the pumped turned on when i start driving it. it seems to turn itself off when i am driving at faster speeds. really damn annoying though!
