i dont know anything about importing items - but wouldn't just purchasing it and fed exing work?

the main bars look the same as the us version... which makes sense since the cars are the same.

Default I guess I was not clear in my description
If you look at the picture in allroadCole's post, the pigtail that plugs into the socket appears to have way more than the four pins of the US pigtail. It would just seem that you would have to do some surgery to the euro version or source a US version.

Default according to previous posts he is prepared to "wire" if needed... Nut he might be able to find the
tail which would make life easier.
