How do you like the Magnaflow? Do you think it helped your power?
I like the Magnaflow a lot. It's actually pretty quiet but I think it frees up the exhaust a bit.
I wanted an upgrade with out having something that would wake up the block every time I work late and that's what I got with the kit.

Also I had a cone intake but my intake air temp was 84 degrees Celsius on the hotter days so I changes to the stock air box (slightly modified) and a k&n air filter.With the modified air box it dropped the intake air temp by about 30 degrees Celsius.

The car pulls a better in third which is basically passing speeds on the highway.

Yesterday, my friend succeeded in tranny sport mode of V8 4.2 AR.
He is quite satisfied with amazing torque for now.
Thank you so much.

make sure you do a throttle body and kick down adaptation to get the most out of it in stock form.

Hey all,
With a lot of thanks to allroad55 and choptt I have done the Auto Transmission coding to sport mode 00031.
It does make an enormous difference to the power and responsiveness!

My questions are;
What changes does it make to get the power increase? Boost, fueling, ignition?

Can the stock fueling etc. cope with this? Does the engine computer understand what is happening and adjust accordingly?

Is this going to kill anything rapidly - transmission, turbos, etc? It's not leaning out is it???

I would appreciate your answers.
Cheers!
